AMT Pump # 12DC-95 - 12 Volt DC Cast Iron Washdown Pump

The AMT Pump # 12DC-95 is an AMT Pump and motor unit # 12DC-95 - 12 Volt DC Cast Iron Washdown Pump and motor unit, with Cast Iron construction, Stainless Steel impeller, Buna shaft seal, 1-1/4 inch NPT Inlet port, 1 inch NPT Discharge port, coupled to a 7/8 Horsepower, 12 Volts DC Electric Motor with base. This pump is a NON self-priming unit designed for use where higher heads are needed to handle liquid transfer, heating and cooling applications, and where no suction lift is required. All models feature closed impellers with 3450 RPM, 56J frame, 12 Volt DC motors. The discharge port on all models can be rotated in 90 degree increments to accommodate specific applications. The maximum casing working pressure to 150 psi (1034 kPa). The Pump construction is cast iron casing and adapter, with a cast 316 stainless steel impeller, Buna N type 21 mechanical shaft seal with carbon and ceramic wear faces, and an O-ring casing seal. It can handle liquids from 40 degrees F to 180 degrees F (4 degrees C to 82 degrees C). This pump requires a specific rotation direction for operation, check motor wiring before putting unit into operation (see motor nameplate for specific wiring diagrams). This pump is a manual model, with no controls are supplied. IMPORTANT : For use with NON-flammable, non-abrasive liquids compatible with pump component materials.
