The AMT Pump # 388G-98 is an AMT Pump and motor unit # 388G-98 - Stainless Steel Inline Centrifugal Pump and motor unit, with Stainless Steel construction, Stainless Steel impeller, Buna shaft seal, 1-1/2 inch NPT Inlet port, 1-1/2 inch NPT Discharge port, coupled to a 3/4 Horsepower, 1 Phase, 115/230 Volts, TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) Electric Motor. This AMT Stainless Steel Centrifugal pump is designed for use with most gravity fed service applications requiring chemical processing and dirty water transfer. All models are fitted with a self-cleaning stainless steel impeller for maximum 1/8 inch diameter solids handling. This Pump is designed to handle liquids with solids content or dissolved solids and debris. It can handle liquids from 40 degrees F to 180 degrees F (4 degrees C to 82 degrees C). Single phase motors are capacitor start and have automatic thermal protection. Check motor wiring before putting unit into operation (see motor nameplate for specific wiring diagrams). This pump is a manual model, no controls are supplied. IMPORTANT : For use with NON-flammable, non-abrasive liquids compatible with pump component materials.
