The AMT Pump # 3891-98 is an AMT Pump and motor unit # 3891-98 - Stainless Steel Self-Priming Centrifugal Pump and motor unit, with Cast Stainless Steel construction, Stainless Steel impeller, Teflon shaft seal, 1-1/2 inch NPT Inlet port, 1-1/2 inch NPT Discharge port, coupled to a 1-1/2 Horsepower, 1 Phase, 115/230 Volts, TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) Electric Motor. This self-priming centrifugal pump is used for continuous transfer pumping of chemicals from tanks and sumps, and in chemical process and batch lines, waste water treatment and agricultural pumping applications. This pump will self-prime, after filling pump casing, to 6 feet suction lift, and will handle liquids with entrapped gases. Maximum viscosity is 100 SSU. Casing working pressure is up to 75 psi (517 kPa). This pump will handle liquids from 40 degrees F to 250 degrees F (4 degrees C to 121 degrees C). IMPORTANT : For use with nonflammable, nonabrasive liquids compatible with pump component materials.
