The AMT Pump # 489D-98 is an AMT Pump and motor unit # 489D-98 - High Head Centrifugal Pump and motor unit, with Cast Stainless Steel construction, Stainless Steel impeller, Viton shaft seal, 1-1/4 inch NPT Inlet port, 1 inch NPT Discharge port, coupled to a 3/4 Horsepower, 3450 RPM, 3 Phase, 230/460 Volts, TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) Electric Motor. This AMT High Head End Suction Centrifugal pump is designed for continuous-duty OEM, Industrial/Commercial and processing applications including circulation, chemical processing, liquid transfer, and pressure boosting. This pump features a stainless steel closed impeller and a continuous duty, 3450 RPM, 56J frame motor. The discharge port can be rotated in 90 degree increments to accommodate specific applications. Casing working pressure to 150 psi (1034 kPa). The Pump construction is cast 300 series stainless steel casing, stainless steel adapter and stainless steel impeller, with a Viton type 21 mechanical shaft seal with carbon and ceramic wear faces, and a Viton O-ring casing seal. It can handle liquids from 40 degrees F to 200 degrees F (4 degrees C to 93 degrees C). This is a manual units, so no controls are supplied. Check motor wiring before putting unit into operation (see motor nameplate for specific wiring diagrams). All units are for use with nonflammable, non-abrasive liquids compatible with pump component materials.
