The AMT Pump # 5020-95 is an AMT Pump and motor unit # 5020-95 - Cast Iron High Head Centrifugal Pump and motor unit, with Cast Iron construction, Stainless Steel impeller, Viton shaft seal, 1-1/4 inch NPT Inlet port, 1 inch NPT Discharge port, coupled to a 1-1/2 Horsepower, 1 Phase, 115-208/230 Volts, TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) Electric Motor with base. This AMT High Head Solids Handling Centrifugal pump is designed for pumping liquids containing up to 15 percent of volume and 1/8 inch maximum spherical diameter solids in continuous-duty OEM, Industrial/Commercial and processing applications including circulation, chemical processing, liquid transfer, and pressure boosting. It features a cleanable stainless steel impeller capable of handling up to 1/8 inch spherical diameter solids and has a continuous duty rated, 3450 RPM, 56J frame motor. The discharge port on this pump can be rotated in 90 degree increments to accommodate specific applications. The maximum casing working pressure is up to 150 psi (1034 kPa). Pump construction is cast iron casing and adapter with a stainless steel impeller, a Viton type 21 mechanical shaft seal with silicon carbide wear faces, and a Viton O-ring casing seal. It can handle liquids from 40 degrees F to 180 degrees F (4 degrees C to 82 degrees C). Single phase units are capacitor start and have automatic thermal protection. Check motor wiring before putting unit into operation (see motor nameplate for specific wiring diagrams). This pump is a manual model, with no controls are supplied.
