Parts Page (click here)The Groco GHSN-15-24V is a Bronze 5 Valve U-lube Oil Change System, with Gear Pump and motor, NO cover, 5 Valves, touchpad control, with coupled to a 24 Volt DC Motor. This GHSN series U-lube Oil Change System is not covered and may be ordered with any number of valves. Touch-pad control and over-current protection are mounted behind the pump and motor. At the heart of this U-lube Oil Change System is a powerful gear pump that delivers an honest 3-plus GPM. All models have dry-run protection, touchpad control, a plumbing schematic to tell you what hose goes where, and a handy maintenance log. Choose the model with the number of valves you need that fits the available space. A complete assortment of oil pan adaptors, related fittings and valves are offered to complete your installation.

This oil change Kit is built to meet the demands of the marine industry. A powerful gear pump provides positive evacuation of dirty oil and refill with fresh oil, and touchpad operation is simple. All components are enclosed within a handsome hinged cover. This kit is expandable if you decide to increase the number of engines and/or transmissions to be serviced. Install it in a location that is out of the way of engine room traffic. Most installers select a vertical bulkhead installation with plumbing to the engine oil pans at the bottom, but installation in any orientation is acceptable. When making connections to the valves on the oil change pump manifold, hold each valve securely with a wrench to prevent it from turning while tightening connecting fittings. Use thread tape on threaded connections, and doubleclamp hose connections. Labels have been provided for your use in matching valves to engines, and for operating instructions. When the installation is complete, affix the component labels Main Port, Gen1, etc to the schematic label, and then place the schematic label wherever you would like it to be for future reference. Affix the operating instructions label where convenient. Before changing oil, run the engines for a few minutes to mix sludge and warm the oil, then apply power at the DC breaker panel. The valve manifold can be expanded from its present configuration to include any number of valves. Both ends of the manifold are fitted with a pipe plug for this purpose. To expand beyond 5 valves you will have to drill a 1 inch hole in the cover. The blue dots on the inside of the cover identify the location of the hole center for left/right exit or back from the cover. Order additional GR0C0 IBV500FM valves and elbows as required to complete the desired modification.
