The Jabsco 30520-0104 is a 316 stainless steel Flexible Impeller pump with a Viton Impeller, Viton/Tungsten Carbide/Ceramic seal, 1 Inch Ports, bare shafted pedestal pump end only without a Motor. Use where single or variable speed operation is desirable. Self-priming, 22 gpm flow, debris tolerant. Use Viton impeller for hydrocarbons and most solvents. TEMPERATURES The operating temperature limits of the pump depend on the impeller compound. The following ranges apply: Viton - 60 degrees to 180 degrees F (15 degrees to 82 degrees C). SELF-PRIMING Primes at low or high speeds. For vertical dry suction lift of 10 feet (neoprene/nitrile) 7 feet (viton/EPDM), a minimum of 860 RPM is required. Pump will produce suction lift up to 22 feet when wet. Be sure suction lines are airtight or pump will not self-prime. For pedestal mount 30520 series pumps operating at 1750 RPM, select 1-1/2 hp or 3 hp motor for standard or high pressure impellers respectively, with an appropriate service factor. For high pressure impellers, the motor must supply 7.9 ft-lbs or 16.3 ft-lbs of torque minimum for forward and reverse operation respectively.
Do not pump gasoline or other flammable liquids. RUNNING DRY Unit depends on liquid pumped for lubrication. Do not run dry for more than 30 seconds. Lack of liquid will damage the impeller.
Easy to service and maintain.
Will tolerate abrasive wear
Handles hard and soft solids without clogging.
Non pulsating flow

Processing viscous materials such as peanut butter, may on naise, ketchup, honey, etc. Pumping whiskey, wine, rums, juices and ciders. AGRICULTURAL Transferring liquid fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides. NOTE Curves show approximate headflow for new pumps with neoprene impeller pumping water. Capacities should be reduced approximately 10 percent with nitrile standard pressure impellers and approximately 20 percent for high pressure viton and EPDM impellers.
