The Little Giant 523086 is a P-AAA Small Submersible Industrial Pump, Oil-filled, Direct Drive, rated for 120 GPH gallons per hour at 1 foot of head open flow, with a 1/4 inch MNPT outlet port, coupled to a 1/160 Horsepower, 115 Volt, single phase Motor that has a 10 foot cord. Small submersible oil filled pump with corrosion resistant nylon housing. For commercial, industrial and home applications including statuary fountains, water displays, air conditioners, machine tool coolants, and many other applications where liquid must be transferred or recirculated. This compact 120 GPH pump features a 1/4" MNPT discharge, 4.6' shut-off head capability, and screened inlet. This pump's housing, cover, volute, impeller and screen are made from glass-filled nylon; and its shaft seal, Nitrile. It uses a 1/160 HP oil-filled motor, and a 1/4 inch MNPT discharge. It can pump liquids with a maximum temperature of 120 F. This pump is designed specifically and exclusively for submersible applications. It uses an oil-filled motor, a corrosion resistant nylon body, and a 1/4 inch MNPT discharge. It requires 30 watts of power, and it is protected against impedance. It has a 4.6 foot maximum lift

Applications
There are many applications that the Little Giant 523086 are used in. Typical applications for this pump include Water transfer or recirculation, and water displays.
This pump may be used submerged or inline. It may be positioned at any attitude, but preferably with the volute located down or to the side. The weight of the pump must be supported adequately. DO NOT support the pump by the discharge connection alone. The pump may be supported by using the two mounting holes in the back of the pump. These holes accept 8 selftapping screws. Hole depth is.37" DO NOT exceed the hole depth. Do not restrict the intake side of the pump. This may cause damage to the seal and may starve the pump. For reduced flow rates, place a valve on the discharge side of the pump, or if flexible vinyl tubing is used a clamp on the tubing to restrict the flow. Do not let the unit operate dry. It is cooled by pumping fluid. You may damage the seal and the motor may fail if the pump is allowed to run dry. If the unit is going to be idle for a period of time, follow the cleaning instructions outlined in the usr manual. Do not let the unit freeze, as this may cause cracking or distortion that may destroy the unit
