MP # 36629 HTW 80 Pump and Motor unit 3 HP

The MP 36629 is a Ductile Iron HTW 80 series Centrifugal Hot Water Pump and Motor unit, with 5.9 inch Diameter Impeller, T/21, a single convolution Mechanical Seal, 1-1/2 inch by 1-1/4 inch NPT Ports, close coupled to a 3 Horsepower, 230/460 Volts, Three Phase Motor. The HTW 80 end suction pump is compatible with water, as well as different types of glycol under high temperature circumstances. This patented, unique hot water pump comes equip with a cooling loop and a fan clamp to keep the temperature of isolated seal chamber at a low level. This heavy duty centrifugal pump is perfect for any industrial or OEM application. The isolator technology combined with the heat exchanger allows the seal cavity to reach a maximum and seal chamber temperature of 170 F (77 C) while the process temperature is at 400 F (204 C). This lower seal temperature greatly increases seal life, which means less down time for the end user. Discharge port location can be provided as either Horizontal or Vertical position.
